Orphium is an umbrella brand I developed from scratch. It is comprised of multiple immersive VR experiences that transport users into fantastic environments, designed as visual and interactive applications of CBT and meditation techniques. It is designed for Generation Z, namely 18-26-year-old individuals, to transcend the boundaries of reality. It promotes applications of VR in multiple sectors of modern society, such as breaking stigmas in mental healthcare in order to make it more appealing.
At Orphium, traditional medicine practices are performed in consideration of their origins and historical value. In this instance, VR is used to enhance the tangible sensorial experiences through narrative visuals. Finally, it introduces new methods of learning through immersion, tackles distortions in perception through interactive design, and raises awareness of what defines emotional responses to the busy life of London.
